What is a Vendor Management System (VMS)?
A VMS is software for buying and managing external consultants in one place, from the first request to the final invoice. With VMS CPro, you get control over vendors, contracts, timesheets and spend, without spreadsheets or email chains.
What is the difference between VMS and MSP?
A VMS is for companies that run consultant procurement themselves. An MSP solution is for consultancy and broker firms that manage the process for their customers. Both use the same platform and workflow.
How does the procurement process work in VMS CPro?
Everything runs in one system: request, approval, distribution to vendors, offers, interviews, contract, onboarding, time reporting, invoicing, offboarding and analytics. Contracts are signed electronically, and data can be exported to your own data warehouse.
Who is VMS CPro for?
VMS CPro is for private companies, public organisations, and consultancy and broker firms of all sizes. It is available in English, German, Swedish and Danish.
